Hi,
Look at the section in the program help with the keyboard commands. You
will find that the keyboard commands very helpful. For almost all the
functions, there are keyboard shortcuts available. It will be unnecessary
for you to write scripts for this program. the programmers have done a
brilliant job. there are a few things, but, with proper frames I think you
can manage more than you can in some of microsoft's programs.

P.S. control-n and control-b are used to move from one track to another.
control+n is for the next track and control+b is for the previous track.
