msapi.jls

Hi nick and all,

I discovered a msapi.jls file in my jfw32 directory.  Does this mean, that
if I put it into my jfw.ini as a new synthesizer, I'll be able to choose
from a submenu any msapi compliant synthesizer on my system?  I didn't even
know what the msapi.jls file was for!  But, asaw has a feature where you
can choose any msapi compliant synthesizer on the system because it detects
all msapi compliant synthesizers.
