I consider this a JFW issue so I will answer you concerning the free web
home page site that work with JFW. I have used Tripod and Homestead, i.e.
www.tripod.com and www.homestead.com. You can create your site offline
with MS Word or Front Page Express or Front Page 98 and upload it to eithe
rof these sites or they also have their own, limited, editor.
