a jaws mouse question

[BILL AND MAXI]

I recently found out that you can now have jaws let you know when the mouse
cursor changes.  However, I notice that when you're on a web site, that it
doesn't recognize the "hand cursor" that the mouse changes to when you're
on a link.  do any of you have any thoughts on this?
