If no one has answered you as yet, it's in the MSIE directory and it's
called IE5SETUP.EXE. Find it, run it, the whole thing takes about ten
minutes. No, you don't need to be online in order to do it,
everything that's required is already on the CD. Your system may or
may not require a reboot during the installation, after which the
thing takes off on its own for a few minutes, then it's done. Worked
flawlessly on the six machines I installed it on, only two of which
had JFW on them.
