Has anyone who was supplied Jaws from Sight And Sound technology in the UK
recieved the latest version of JFW on CD?
I ask this because I rang near the end of May and was told it would be sent
out in June.
Don't know about anyone else but I haven't recieved the upgrade.
I don't want to seem to be rushing the company but I did pay them for the
next few upgrades and bought an SMA from them.
Could anyone suggest as to how long I should leave things before I should
contact them to find out what has happened.
If I had no alternative but to download the 3.3 version from the net, would
my upgrade disk work when I installed the 3.3 product from the internet?
Is the 3.3 version on the net as good as what I should be getting on the
CD?
