Here is a link to a page with some tutorials on how to use popular windows
applications with JFW. I have read the one on Excel, and it was quite good.
Also, if you choose to go upward in the hiararky of the pages at the Iowa
department for the blind, they have tutorials for other programs, like
window eyes for example. I hope this helps. Oh, by the way, they are taking
the tutorials off the web page for a few weeks starting next Monday. So, if
you are going to go grab them, do it now.
