Hello to all,
The reason I could only download 30 messages at one time turned out to be a
server problem! The previous four times he went through his files to see if
there was a setting to change and he found nothing. Yesterday he asked me a
question about his server and I told him again that I had messages from
others that had capability to retrieve many more than 30. A few minutes
later he called back as he had found the setting and the default was 30 at
one time. He really must have looked closely the previous times!
