Not sure, here, but it sounds like you may not have gone down far enough.
When you hear jfw33 submenu, hit enter one more time and you should find the
various shortcuts set up in your c:\windows\start menu\programs\jfw33
folder.  If you get into the properties for the jfw entry under that, you
should be able to setup a hotkey.
