I just tested this and found the comment to be accurate. You turn on
outlining from the View menu in Word. Using JFW 3.3.25, you can tell the
type of attributes each level of outlining has if you have the formatting
announcement turned on. But it definitely is not reading the numbers at all.
Even with the Jaws cursor on. Very strange.
