David, I had the graphic window come up when checking for new upgrades as
well and so I went prowling through the prefs option and found that under
the upgrade tab that warn before downloading and installing was checked.
Once I unchecked this option RealPlayer would download the upgrade with no
hassle at all. Hope this helps.
