Hello all, After reading the recent post by Ted Henter concerning the use of JFW by personnel in a call center environment, I would like to ask if anyone could discuss that with me. I will likely be involved in helping a totally blind friend look in to upgrading access to his job as a telecommunication supervisor for a local law enforcement agency. The job involves using a computer aided dispatch system as well as the 911 screen in addition to standard word c for memos.
