Hello all, I am a new member who has just subscribed to this list a few
minutes ago, and I have a few questions about JFW and Motorola Trunking
Software.
1. I am currently trying to teach myself about the technical side
of Motorola's 800 MHZ trunking products. It is my understanding that JFW
will work with Windows-NT. This is one of the applications that is used on
a Motorola type II 800 MHZ trunking system in the United States. I don't
know what they use else where, but I would imagine that it would be the
same. The Windows-NT application is used with the actual computer where
dispatching is done, while the programming and management is done using a
Unix based program. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with this kind
of program, and if so how well does JFW work with it? Any help would be
appreciated, and thanks in advance.
