What Do I need?

Hello JFW List Members:

I am very new to the list, JFW and IE5.  I am actually using JFW3.30.22 and
I.E.5 and the suite of programs that come with I.E.5.  That Includes O.E.,
which I use for e-mail.  My question is:  What script files would maximize
the performance of I.E.5 and O.E.5?  Where would I go to get these scripts?
