This is happening because you don't have the authorization needed for
dectalk axcess. In order to avoid a system crash jaws switches to
elequence. Please contact HJ for the propper authorization. I think it
will caust only a few bucks. But for now, you will need to reinstall JFW
and uninstall dectalk.
