Hi,
I would run the explorer setup file for version 5.0 and pick full install
and then outlook will upgrade to version 5. I think the scripts in jaws 3.3
were probably intended for explorer 5 and all of that version's components.
Maybe HJ was not aware of whatever problems you are speaking of; after all,
the beta testers are human but I have used outlook 5 with no trouble.
