Clicking on URLs in MS Outlook

Hi listers.  I've just begun fooling around with Outlook 98 and JFW
3.20.31, and I can't seem to be able to click on urls in messages in the
same way as I would with Outlook Express.  What, if any, is the trick to
this, or can it be done?
