Hi: First of all, TurboTax is from Intuit. Second, It's not a very speech-friendly program. If you choose to use the Interview option, you will probably need sighted assistance. If you choose the Forms option, it's something that can be done, but it could be better. I honestly don't know if there is any truly speech-friendly tax software out there.
