Dectalk driver installation

Hi all,
I have downloaded the dectalk file dt 42 cc but could not install it to
upgrade my current 42 a driver. I tried to install from the dos prompt but
it runs the setup for an ancient jfw version instead although the disk in
drive  a  is the dectalk one. Could anyone explain to me step by step what
to do and how to put the dt 42 d drive in the dt 42 c directory?
