Outlook and Insert+A

I have always used Insert+A to find attachments in Outlook with JFW.  This feature
does not seem to work now that I've upgraded to versions 3.3.  I hit
Insert+A and nothing happens - Not even the old familar "no attachments found"
message.

Has anyone else had this problem with 3.3.26?
