1) Press Insert + Keyboard 6 for the Configuration Manager
2) Press shift + Ctrl + d if you want to make this change global in the
default configuration file (default.jcf).
3) Press Alt + s for Set Options
4) press c for cursor options
5) The first option is "notify when cursor changes shape). Sounds like you
have that check box checked. Press space bar to uncheck it.
6) Press Enter to OK the change.
7) Press Ctrl + s to save the change to the .jcf file
8) Press Alt + F4 to exit the .jcf file
