Hi Gary,
Just get someone who can see to Right Click With the mouse on the Creative
Launcher Tool Tip and there will be a context menu come up and in there
there is a properties section just hit enter on that and tab across and you
will see a box that is checked that says load the Creative Launcher at
Start Up just uncheck it and tab across to the apply button and hit enter
and that should do it.
