JAWS quit working

Hi List:

I am using JFW 3.2 When I am trying to arrow up and down the inbox list JFW
will quit reading. If I shut JFW down and try to restart it, it will freeze
up the computer. I than must restart   the computer in order for anything to
work. If I go back into OE 4 I have the same problem. This started yesterday
after a message came up asking for the authorization disk for JFW.  Any help
will be appreciated
