JFW33 & focus changed event in IE4

Hi all, 

JFW 33 is not announcing new pages when they are arrived there upon in
internet explorer. Uh, that is... when I click a link to go to a new page,
JFW doesn't start reading the new page to let me know I have arrived. Has
anyone else had this problem? And does anyone have an idea how to fix it?
