No.  This is not the case, and the audio tips are not the que cards to which 
Henter-Joyce and the rest of us are referring.  The que 
cards appear on the bottom of the screen in response to various activities you perform 
or attempt to perform.  Press alt-h to pull 
down the Help menu, arrow down to que cards, and press enter to activate this option.
