With respect, it is not a major Eudora problem but it is a slight
inconvenience. Nor is it a JFW problem.
I confess to not being a JFW expert but in my case, I highlight the
individual's address from the message I wish to reply to and then copy this
to the Windows98 clipboard and then paste it into a new message created
with the ctrl-n command of Eudora. The address entry from the clipboard is
pasted into the to: field of the new message. Because it is a new message
you will probably loose the subject thread unless you leave the message you
are replying to open and grab the subject from there. Or of couse you can
use the standard reply function of Eudora and change the to: line in the
address from that of the list to thtat of the author of the message to
which you are replying.
I believe JFW has a reply to author command built in additional to Eudora's
shortcoming here.
