Actually, this is a program that uses a text to speech engine and it
apparently does not provide the engine apart from the program.
Further, it seems to me that part of the program is missing that being
the setup.exe file. also, the readme file is in turkish and...
so, this program only functions as a clip board spoken word program.
Text written to the clip board can be spoken but we have no way of
making it work as a synth.
