Hi Jonathan,

Outlook 98's calendar is accessible, but it works best when the calendar
view is customized.  At the bottom of this message, I am including a very
helpful instructional piece from Project Assist's web site.  If these steps
are followed, it will allow for all active appointments to be viewed.  Hope
this information is helpful.

Creating a More Accessible Calendar View:
Note: The following procedure is recommended for anyone using a screen-
reader with MS Outlook.
     1.   Open the Calendar.
     2.   Press Alt + V to open the View menu.
     3.   Press Enter on the Current View command.
     4.   Press the up arrow key to select the Define Views command.
     5.   Press Enter.  A Define View for Calendar dialog box will open.
     6.   Press Alt + N to activate the New button.
     7.   Type the name for the new calendar view.  For example: All
     Appointments
     8.   Press Tab to move to the Type of View.  Table view is the default.
If
     Table view is not selected, up or down arrow to select it.
     9.   Press Enter.  The View Summary dialog box will open.
     10.  Press Space to activate the Fields button.  The Show Fields dialog
     box will open allowing you to specify which fields you want to include
     in your customized Calendar.
     11.  Press Alt + O to move to the list of default fields.
     12.  Down arrow to select a field you don't need and press Alt + R to
     remove that field.  Suggestion: Of the list of default fields, keep
only
     Subject, Location, Start, and End.
     13.  Press Tab until you are on the OK button and press Enter.
     14.  At the View Summary dialog box press Tab until you are on the OK
     button and press Enter.
     15.  At the Define Views for Calendar dialog box press Enter.
Note: Your new calendar view "All Appointments" will be displayed. Use
the up or down arrow keys to select an appointment.
