Hi, Go to the configuration manager with insert-F2 or insert-num pad 6. The associated configuration for your application should be loaded or created. Then, go to User options, and keyboard options. Ctrl-tab to the general tab. You will find settings to change whether JFW uses either insert key, and that should resolve the issue you are having. Good luck.
