Hi, I run a Dectalk internal and Eloquence here at home and Dectalk Access32
at work with IE 5.0 and Outlook Express on both mahcines.  Control and Shift
work fine for me on both of those machines.  Perhaps there is a video or
sound card setting that needs changing.
