I cannot find IE5 on JFW3.22 CD

Hello list members, I can't find internet explorer 5 on the jfw 33.022
upgrade disk. I thought I had found it but when I copied the files over from
the CD-ROM I still have the version 4.01 in the system. any help would be
appreciated. thanks in advance.
