Check out Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. It is quite accessible. We were
teaching it to a student at ASU before she got her
pine account and no longer needs it. I think the user interface is a bit unwieldy.
You sure do get used to pressing that tab key.
The site is, however, quite accessible, and you can perform all of the essential
functions with no problem. Not sure about other
services like Yahoo! Mail. Hope this helps.
