Windows 98 and JFW

Hi listers.
I bought an upgrade from Windows 95 to Windows 98.
Windows 98 asks me if I want to convert my files to "fat 32".  I selected
"no" out of caution.  I understand that "Fat 32" files reduce the disc space
which the files occupy.  Will conversion to "Fat 32" affect the way JFW
works?
