If you just want to play files and broadcasts, the free version of Real
Player G2 works fine. Real Player Plus just has some additional features
like the ability to capture things from live broadcasts to a Real Media
file. Since the Real Player G2 is everchanging, I just stick with the free
version of Real Player G2.
