This is really not important in this instance but I thought I would
pass it along just in case someone might benefit.

If you are in the editor and want to find out about possible shortcut
keys it is possible to press shift+f1 then any other key combination
and word will provide a message about the keys' use.  There are
several shortcut keys I have found using this method which are either
undocumented or buried somewhere.
