The issue you reported identified as case# 1081 has been received by the
escalation administrator and entered in the queue of cases to be resolved.
Henter-Joyce will contact you via e-mail for further information if
required. The company will report the status of the case to you on a
regular basis . The case number is used for tracking purposes. Use case#
1081 when communicating with Henter-Joyce about this issue.
