Derek: Hmm. We were testing it out using the desktop computer but assigning the laptop commands to it so we could use the IntelliKeys keyboard we created. This "chronic" problem would indicate that it is not necessarily a "laptop" issue, but rather one related to using Insert Mode and IntelliKeys on a laptop configuration. We did not have the keyboard crash and we were using it for about an hour and a half testing the commands and functions. We were alos using Windows 95 and MS-Word from Office 97.
