JFW and Quicken

Hello everyone, one of my clients is using Quicken with Jaws, a program I do
not use.  She tabs through information, but the information, such as memo
and so on, does not speak.  She says that when she types Insert plus H, Jaws
says to turn the q-cards on.  Can someone tell me what that means?  I hope
the question was appropriate for the lists.  I appreciate any information;
thank you.
