jfw and windows explorer and winzip

I am trying to unzip some files.  I go into windows explorer and click on
the file winzip opens and I follow the procedures but when I try to read the
screen with the jaws cursor I hit up arrow and get top of window and when I
hit down arrow I get bottom of window.  I know there is more on the screen.
What could be the problem?a
