Hello all:
A friend of mine has been encountering the following problems while
working on Excel with JFW 3.2. In his words:
" 1. Jaws does not tell me which cell I am in every time I move to a cell.
2. Every time I alt-tab from another application, I find that it says
document control menu and speaks all the buttons, column and row headings
appearing on the screen and all the text appearing on the screen.
3. Every time I press enter, the same non sense of document control menu
etc.
is repeated.
4. No other application is behaving out of ordinary. Only
Excel is not working properly.".
He has tried doing just about everything other than reinstalling Jaws -
maximising Excel, shutting down the system and restarting Jaws, etc., but
the problems still persist. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
