Jfw32 has a missing file

Hi, I gave my old computer to my parents and left jfw32 and eloquence
loaded to use when I needed it. When I try to load jfw it says a
required .dll fileis missing. The file is mfc42.dll. What is this file and where
is it? If it is on my new computer, where is it and can I copy it onto a disk
and load it onto the old computer? If so, where do I put the file to make
jfw work?
