Jfw and PlaySound function in Scripts

Hello All, 
I have written a script to which I wish to add a wav sound.  I have written
the PlaySound function into the script as follows: 

(:C:\\Windows\Media\Utopia Recycle.wav"), and it compiled nicely.  However
upon execution of the assigned hot key for the script, the designated
sound, or any other sound for that matter, is not played.  Have I missed
something somewhere?  Help!
