Hello listers. From my experience EZ CD creator is a very accessible
program with JFW and a great program for burning data cd's. It is not,
however, my first or even my second choice for burning audio cd's. It does
a decent job if you have all of the .wav files on your hard drive and burn
them all in one session, but it lacks in features when trying to make audio
compilations. The best way I have found to do this is to rip the tracks to
your hard drive and then use a program to burn the cd. I personally use
PTS Audio CD Mp3 studio. You can use it to rip the tracks to cd in a
compressed form. The compression is about 4 to 1 so it's pretty
nice. Then you can use the program to burn the cd. The best thing about
this program is that it can make audio cd's from either .wav or .mp3 files
directly. Go to www.hilchner.de and follow the links to download a trial
copy if you're interested. I have never gotten EZ cD creator to make a
multi-session audio cd that I was able to play in a regular cd player so I
would advise not using it to make compilations. to the gentleman who
received Prassie and Nero software don't even bother trying to get them to
work with JFW. I have tried in the past and found the headache not worth it.
