Michael,
Open Eudora and then run the JAWS configuration manager.
Make sure that the Eudora jcf file is loaded.
Pull the Settings menu down.
Select Text Processing with the letter T.
Tab to where you hear about changing the announcement of blank lines, not
sure exactly what it says at this point.
To run the JAWS configuration manager, use insert+F2, insert+6 or put your
cursor on the JAWS icon that is on the Taskbar and pull the Utilities Menu
down and select configuration manager from there. Either of these
commands/suggest for getting to the configuration manager will work.
Hope you are able to follow and find what you need.
