Hi, Jim. Marsha here. The thing that I do when the realaudio program shuts
off is to use the insert down arrow which tells you whether a program is
connected up or whether there may be some buffering going on. I have had
problems where a realaudio program for some reason would like to cut out on
me. When I updated the program, this stuff stopped. Also, have you loaded the
scripts for the realaudio player. You can get these from the Henter Joyce web
site by clicking on www.hj.com. I think there are scripts on one of those
links
on that page. Download these as they will give you some guidance on some
hotkeys to operate the realplayer or the realplayer G2. I hope this helps.
