WordPerfect8 not reading text.

Hello All,
I had someone call last night to ask for some help on JFW33 and WP8.  It
seems that when his students type in WP8, they hear their keypresses, but
the arrow keys won't read the text when going back over what they just
typed.  JawsCursor will read the text, but not the PcCursor.  Any
suggestions?
