You can get a program like Cakewalk Home Studio and use the synthesizer
built into your sound card to make music. Most sound cards come with a
wavetable synthesizer that simulates real instruments like piano, guitar,
organ, drums, strings, brass, and other instruments. Cakewalk Home Studio
is speech friendly if you ge the scripts. I know that Dancing Dots carries
this stuff, their web site is http://www.dancingdots.com or something like
that.
