Making jfw say caps lock

Hello!

I have been trying to get jfw 3.3.026 to tell me when I hit my caps lock.
It will not verbalize that.  I have gone in to my jfw config manager,
selected keyboard manager, made certain that caps lock was not muted and
still, it will not work.

any hints would be great!
