disfragmentor

I am learning to run windows yet because I use to only have dass programs. I
go and find my disfragmentor and hit enter and then it ask me what drive I
want and then I select that and hit enter and it runs for a little while and
is done. My friend that can see says that it should take an hour and a half
to do it. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the help Jim
