Tony,
What is the make and model of your laptop? If it's a dell or Gateway with
the ATI Rage lt Pro, You'll need to have help installing a new driver from
ATI-- the HJ ones don't work properly. Write to me offline and I can give
you the details. Just got an Inspiron 7000, and spent the greater part of a
week getting it up and running. It's one of the best laptops out there, and
a great value for the money, but it's a royal pain to get running with JFW
3.3 if you don't know exactly which drivers you need which I didn't. The
hastles almost had me thinking about switching to Window Eyes, which isn't
video card dependent.

that "explorer caused a general protection fault in module osm16.dll
at 0001:000047Ec.
